1.  Internet Sample: Seated Deskersize-2 minutes-NHS Fitness Channel

A.  Jog, Jog sideways, Sidebend-Arm Reach, Arm Criss-Cross, Signature Move-1/2 jack-leg kick.

B.  Jog, Jog sideways, Arms Up-to side-to front-Back up, Arms side to side with foot tap, Arms cross and tap on desk-Arms out to side snap.

C.  Punch-Right-Left, Jog, Jog turn, Punch-right-left-kick, Arm Circles

Directions:  Switch between these movements for 2 minutes, 1 leader.

3.  Game Time-Nirode RE-mix:

Choose a student to go outside in the hall.  Pick a leader.  The student will have 2 minutes to find the leader.  The leader must switch between at least 5 movements prior to the last 10 seconds.
